imagesYou won’t want to miss Monday’s meeting.  Roger Coulson and the folks from The Salvation Army will have the sign-up boards available in the lobby for the 2014 Christmas Kettle Campaign.  Get there early and grab your spot on the board to ring the bell for Columbia Rotary!  Giving some of your time this holiday season can make a huge difference for a family struggling to make ends meet during the holidays.  Please make plans to attend the meeting on Monday!  Have a great weekend, everyone!

Here are some photos of 2013 Bell Ringers:

John Tingen (a/k/a Elvis) and his wife, Janice ringing the bell at Green's on Assembly. Elvis wowed the crowds as they shopped, ringing his sleigh bells for the Salvation Army. Several little old ladies had to have their picture taken with "the king." Others said they don't usually put money in the bucket this early in the year (it was the first day of ringing), but since it was "Elvis." Some asked him to sing. As always, it was a blessing to us to be able to ring the bell. As Elvis would say, "Thank you, thank you very much!"
