On Monday, July 14th, Rusty Depass welcomed his son-in-law, Joseph “Joey” Byron, III, as the newest member of Columbia Rotary. Joey was also presented with his first Paul Harris pin thanks to a donation by his father, Joseph “Butch” Byron, Jr.
