Jenny Horne, Principal – Stantec. 

Todd Martin is the City Landscape Architect for the City of Columbia, South Carolina. He is a registered landscape architect in South Carolina and holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Georgia. With more than 20 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, his career has included private practice in Charlotte, North Carolina, international work in Oslo, Norway, and more than a decade of public-sector service with the City of Columbia. Todd is committed to creating sustainable, innovative public spaces that strengthen communities and enhance the quality of life throughout the city.

Jenny Horne has built a distinguished career as a registered landscape architect with nearly three decades of experience and currently serving as a Principal with Stantec Consulting Services in North Charleston, South Carolina. Licensed in both South Carolina and Louisiana and holding a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia, Jenny has consistently demonstrated her expertise and commitment to excellence in every project she undertakes.

Throughout her 29 years in the field, Jenny has guided a diverse array of projects for federal, state, and local agencies, as well as municipalities, institutional clients, and private developers. Her leadership and vision are evident in notable works such as the revitalization of Finlay Park in Columbia, the transformation of Hutchinson Square Park in Summerville, the development of Florence Veterans Memorial Park in Florence, and Summers Corner, a sustainable community in Dorchester County.
