Columbia Rotary Club to Host City Council At-Large Candidate Forum. 

With November 7, 2023 quickly approaching, the Forum will give candidates Tyler Bailey, Jesse Bullard, and Christa Williams the stage to explain their platforms, describe their vision for the city, and directly address issues of significance to the community.
